Elemental Tempest - Direction of Wind

As 'Breath of Khaos' gleams from the shadows, the shifting winds give cause for unease among both Architect and Animator. On the horizon of the summer's end, powerful winds bring new spirits, numerous and quick. Mages of both Academies prove troubled, as devestating spirits of air learn and adopt human magic during the 'Elemental Tempest' campaign.

The ‘Elemental Tempest’ campaign will begin Monday, August 29 at approximately 11:00 AM PDT and will run for one full week. Individual rewards will be provided to top contributors at the end of each round and total energy gains can be tracked on the leader board.

Sometime after the campaign ends, we will be adding to the Hall of Fame, the names of the top 100 mages who complete the new 'Obtain a Research Specimen' Mission, the most times during the campaign. Additionally, we will grant the top 5 mages amongst that elite group with an official Shadow Cities t-shirt!

    We are looking into why the new mission isn't showing up. We will provide an update as soon as we know more.

    Chadj, it would be more convient if you can check to see if it worked in an offline server that way, we say much more time. And by offline, I mean, just game masters server. :D? Just an idea.

    Grrr i was #5 when the reward was random among top 100 and now the reward is for top 5 when I don't have enough time to play... :'(

    how do we know who's on the global leader board? or do we not get to see until the campaign is over?

    Obtain a Research Specimen is a rotating spirit kill mission. Every time you complete a spirit mission, if you get lucky, you'll get the campaign mission.
