I did check. I had a full set of 10 but no four houses. Then the tenth disappeared when I logged back in.

I now have noticed my The Four Houses, Enter the Shadows medal is gone. It's my most memorable medal I have treasured with all my memories. Please GA, fix this, I think it's more horrible than crashing.

Don't worry, the older medals aren't gone, they simply stopped displaying properly in the client. Fixing the medal display issue is something we definitely intend to fix after tackling some more pressing tasks and projects. Thanks for the report.
