Conquering gateways ?

Well I Am trying to do a mission that needs me to conquer a gateway but I am having trouble doing that. So can any one tell me how to do that thanks

You have to summon a dominator using the backwards L.

Curious, I know how to summon dominators, but how does that conquer a gateway?

If nobody else has the gateway, yes. Otherwise, you need to destroy their Dominators, first.
