This looks like a bug. All of a sudden I needed half of a mana pot to build single dominator. Normally it takes (took?) about 25% of a pot.

I've seen this bug before once, while trying to defend Kamppi area few weeks ago.

Restarting the client helped. No bug anymore.

And now it's back again.
