I think that we should be able to sell the gateways we are the shadowlord over. When the game first came out, nobody new much about what we we're doing (myself included). As a result i am now a shadowlord over 10 or so gateways and around 8 of those I don't even know where they are. And only get like 80% of the potions that were spent on it back


Just to clarify....selling could be between mages or back to the server so nobody would be the shadowlord

on most games you only get back 50% when you sell back... 80% seems too much.

I think 50% is a good amount, too. If you dumped 500 pots into a gateway a long time ago, and one day you decide you need some pots, 250 extra in 2 minutes is a pretty awesome trade, if you ask me.

I think it would be even better to make it like real estate in the real world by allowing other mages to make offers on realms they want. Say I have a realm I bought for 20 and someone else wants it, they can make me an offer of 10 or 20 or 30 or whatever and it would be the law of supply and demand that would dictate the final cost. Just like investing in real life. It would make the potions more like real currency and would make the game more interesting.
