It appears there was some connectivity issues just before we started the regularly scheduled maintenance. These issues seem resolved now, and once the game is back online for the start of the new campaign we'll monitor the situation closely.

Just before? You mean 20 minutes before campaign end. What about a 'We sincerely apologize to all the people who lost their hard-worked-for campaign and first place wins because of this'?

Couple hours for people like Shekkara.

same problem... it began with no possibility to chat, approximately 1h 15min before the campaign ended...

I think we've established that "connectivity issues" isn't an answer, nor was it the problem. That implies that we couldn't reach the servers, which was not the case. Try again.
