I am banished error? What?

I think it's the SC sites version of the 402 or 404 page. When it can't find a page or there are problems with the server, it comes up with a 'I am Banished' page instead of the browser's standard error page.

I'm in Finland and have the same problem.
Tested wifi, 3G, edge and reinstalling the app but still "weak network connection".

mine was singapore 10:05pm on wifi . i switched to 3G/edge - reset roouter, Renew my ip/Dns , switched on/off hp & still ...weak connection thingy appears

Provided they are playing from home. If they are playing in the office, they're connecting locally, and may not notice.
