Unless you cast right after them. They kill. You waste spell. But I agree on spirit-sharing to an extent. ^_^

I don't do many missions. Often I just look around for high-HP Spirits like Gargouille and Koschei because my dewarp commonly spawns them. I find it to be much more efficient than doing missions. Although if I randomly get a spirit needed for a mission I'll sometimes complete the mission.

Let's say, mission with a spirit of each house. I go find a Dannan spot and in about 3 or 4 casts (one shots on Phouka or Bucca, etc) I gather more than 35 energy. Plus, most of the time, I'm sure to get a pot or more.
Spirit sharing is a great way to play SC event if, sometimes, it costs a wasted spell or two.
