Hi Aurelius,
for me that would be:
1_ To play in my backyard thanks to the GPS aspect of the game,
even if it allows spoofers to ruin the game...
You're aware you'd be able to play in your backyard regardless of weather a game has GPS or not, right?(Providing of course your Wifi signal still reaches your device.)
It's not something that SC has that makes it a "best thing about the game".

Three things:
1. Live the dream of traveling and battling in the underworld Nil Gaiman style
2. Dominating my neighbourhood and keeping it safe from spirits and Architechs alike
3. Doing it with other human beings not an A.I.

1. Friends
2. Always a new person to raid, new person to friend, new spirit to hunt, new mission, meaning this game will still be played in the far future, unlike some where I will stop playing once I beat the game
2. New campaigns ^
3. Control is great, never feels awkward to cast a spell (except for lag)

The social-tactical aspect is the part that hooked me.
Working and battling with other players in real time in this manner beats all other RTS games I've tried, including FPS.
Once here, I've witnessed awesome community efforts like the Tree Of Life project and gromod. These are the elements that will keep me hooked.
