how to delete your shadow cities account

I would like to know as well; accidently created two. Don't ask; but there was Jager involved.

the developers of the game should be able to answer this or do this for us but i'm guessing they hardly check the forums

The developers of the game check the forums quite frequently. Anything with a blue circle beside the topic shows that they've commented. I'm sure they'll be able to give you an answer for this too, though I suspect right now, there's no way to delete an extra account.

If you want to create a new account, the quickest way is to just logout from your current account from Settings under the Character View and re-launching the application.
If you're sure you don't want to use your old account anymore, you can also contact us through the Support Site by logging in on the account which you want to be removed and submitting a ticket. After this we can delete access to your account.
