Nofreemilk
So they need to tweak the other bgs some to even them out.
Yes.
Pacific BG O: 271227 G: 474791
Delta: 203564
It was somewhat debatable in the Cali BG before whether tactics, teamwork or ambition were lacking and losing rounds for us. The difference from this last round, though, demonstrates an obvious disparity. Some of it might be accounted for by returning players excited to try a new BG structure. This round, so far, seems like it will be much worse.

Seldon, I side with Nofreemilk, as I am in same BG. The Architects one at the last minute with around a 4,000 point lead. It kept going back and forth, and was highly contested. I can imagine the chaos in the other BG's, and that is precisely why I bumped the Poll I created in General Discussions. (It is a poll on how the regions should be split, if at all.
Did you even compete? Because, I didn't see you on the score board. Regardless, we had to REALLY grind points to earn that win.
Also, historically, conglomerate score for the South Central (AKA "Dixie Division") were close enough to figure in the possibility of victory. It was competitive, but we had to keep at it 24/7. I can't keep that pace, personally, for any extended period. As I said previously, TX population exerts a HUGE influence in our new BG (though I'm glad we could assist TX Archs to their 1st victory in, well, nearly forever). I'm still of the opinion of having CA, TX, and NY as their own groupings. Each state is larger in population and area than many European countries that have their own BG.

I am not missing the point. I uinderstand completely the chaos of the other 4 BG's. GA obviously doesn't want to go back to the state BG's which is AGAIN, the reason I bumped my poll in general discussions. It gives links to all 4 plans for a regional split. 1 by me, 1 by Keiri, and 1 by Abbraxis (Sorry for mispellings.) and the one by GA. It is made, to show our strength of disagreeance with how they split the USA, and if anyone actually used it, it would show how we mostly think the regions should be split.
We don't know that.
All we know is that they didn't do it this time around, and we know they haven't polled us on our opinion. (I'll vote in your poll, but I don't expect them to necessarily pay attention to that either.)

I actually did compete near the last 3 hours. I made about 400. I would have made more, but my phone apparently wanted to go down in power while charging, so my phone kept going dead. That made me just let it charge. Also, I have been very busy with Calculus and English in school. Not a lot of times to devote to my RPG's.

Anyway, upon experiencing the South Central BG (that we've already given the moniker "Dixie Division"), the play has been quite competitive. I will still suspend judgement across the board, as I do not know how competition is nation-wide. I still miss the sleepy competition of my old state BG, though. I'm not sure I'm built for all this grinding.

My BG is entirely unbalanced. Animators win by very large margins, usually well over 100k with most players in the top 100 being architects. I don't even have to play and I win. The gameplay has become boring with no competition. I'm in the megabg of Michigan to Nevada.

GA, please split the Midwest-Mountain battlegroup into two or three smaller regions.

JUST GO BACK TO THE STATE-BASED BATTLEGROUPS!!!
I agree with Kaazz.
I'm not playing this week because of the crazy battlegroup mess.
[And I don't really care to possess an uncool turkey medal.]

Well personally I wasn't around for the old bg's but I know that if i was taken out of the one im in now I wouldn't be very happy, I have gained many friends and many people that I work well with.. Although I feel this way, it think that Kieri's idea looks a lot more well rounded than the current BG's implicated by the GA
