Despite the obviously controversial subject matter, I must say this is very well written, and it's clear you've put a lot of time into determining the best way to operate with the smallest number of alts 
EDIT: In response to the topic's locking and to a bit of bashing I've recieved for this post, no, I don't agree with the strategy. Is the guide well-written? Yes. So I give credit where it's due. And I was very much sarcastic about 'putting a lot of time in'
