SABG Alt-Farming Issues

The evidence presented by Tropicana is the cleanest representation of alt farming i have seen documented. Alt farming is having a negative impact on MM as well as SE battlegroups. To have two high level players that tilt an entire campaign score is significant. Have people been falsly accused of alt farming before. Yes. But that is not what is happening here. The evidence is substantial. The impact is measurable.

I haven't yet heard (read) a response from SS or DR about these claims.
I have a couple questions:
Apparently, Kallendbor is a neighbor?
If my architect neighbor was altfarming, I think I would have noticed.
I mean, would you altfarm if you knew a neighboring opponent could potentially see it at any time?
Is it possible that someone unknown to the signed architects (Dangerdoom, Hamco, JOublie, PalindromeMD, Juhtart, Krystyn, NikkoNeko, Spedsir, BrakeBill, Alejandra, Speakeasy, Mercaptan) is responsible for creating these low level accounts and using them against players?
As I discussed with Spedsir in xchat, I do not maintain relationships with known altfarmers or spoofers.
I just want people to be treated as fairly as possible.

Did you have the base surrounded? It is very easy to get to a location undetected by physically moving there. It is also possible to fake your location. I'm guessing you lost more than 300 points collectively trying to catch a cheater. If I were you, I'd focus more on playing the game than accusing people of cheating.
There will always be cheaters. I would prefer Grey Area focus on fixing real problems with the game rather than policing a few cheaters.

Be aware of the name CoreyTrevor as well. He has many names such as Nicodimus, altfarmer, ojalt, and many more. He is spoofing IMO as well. He seems to be able to harvest anywhere. Probably hacking his phones locations to make it think he's anywhere he wants. Which allows him to harvest from anywhere.

Personally, I'm more surprised that PalindromeMD, JOublie, Dangerdoom, and Hamco would stoop as low as to defame South and Don. I've known them for a long time and I would have never guessed that they would go so far as to make an alt player (Team-tropican) and accuse South and Don of alt-farming. At least be a little more respectable and accuse them of cheating yourselves.

Dayshou, that's a specious argument. They signed their names to their last post.
They are posting as a group. Posting under any individual's personal account would detract from this aspect of the detective work and their statement being the work of a team of people.
This is pretty damning evidence in the screen shots. Lots of poeple sign in and score just a few points, and some even sign in and score nothing (e.g. spies), but a low level account that scores no points and sets up entities right on top of an enemy's farm? That's suspicious.

Of course it's suspicious. I'm not saying that South and Don did this or not. I'm just stating that they should be a part of this discussion themselves. It's easy for someone to just sign a name and say they were a part of this. I wanna hear those people say themselves that South and Don are cheating.

Day, I never wanted to believe that South and Don were using altfarming techniques. I respect them as players and I think they are more than capable of scoring as high as they do without using alts. However, when raiding them I would see alt doms or wards in cloudview on various ocassions which made me suspicious. I even called out South one time about the DarkSoutside alt and he claimed it was an alt created by OJ Baltimore to incriminate him. I accepted his explanation and never questioned him further about this. I'd like to hear an explanation from them on this topic as well.

I will say what I can, and why I was convinced.
After a player saw TheBrownies doms appear and disappear on top of Southside and DonRaj’s doms, he raised the issue with a group of players. After that, that group kept beacons south of where the exchange was seen. Over the course of 2-3 weeks, players dropped in when they had time to take a look. They leapfrogged or ward-walked to within view of where this seemed to be occurring. On most occasions, they saw nothing. I only personally saw this happen once. Other people saw it on different occasions, and were able to screen shot several of those occasions. I believe the pictures were taken by 5-6 different players.
As it was mages randomly dropping into the area from time to time of their own initiative, I do not see how this could be a case of a random mage trying to set these players up. This issue never discussed publicly or on team chat, and such a player would not know when someone was looking.
What made it certain for me was the most recent observed incident, a few nights ago. In that case, a group had gone down to the area for a raid. Multiple players saw TheBrownies doms go up and then come down. Immediately after that, LarryHoover’s doms went up. And immediately after that, DarkSouthSide’s doms went up. Right in a row like that. The group tried to raid to catch them in the act of destroying the doms, but couldn’t leapfrog quickly enough. (On each observed occasion, this whole process was completed very quickly.) When the party did raid, both Southside and DonRaj were home.
Someone asked about these players’ Architect neighbor, Kallendbor. He is located to the southeast. Southside and DonRaj’s doms typically appeared in cloudview in 3-4 green circles. The exchanges occurred at the western most of these. That green circle was never visible until we got to the west of Kallendbor’s area.
Lastly, whether this is “cheating” is a something of a semantic question given GA’s lack of interest in defining that. It is, however, unfair, and I think the players that participated would agree. There may be different views on how to enjoy a game, but please appreciate that many people value fair competition. Personally, I would very much like to see GA take a more active role in defining the rules of the game.
