spirits seem to be hitting way harder and/or more often all of a sudden. On the flip side there seem to be more with less health.
also my vitality seems to suddenly be working properly i.e. I was at 62 and getting 60 every 15 and now I get 75.
intelligence may have even gotten a tweak as now i can cast almost 6 warchants where before I was having trouble casting 5.
but all that might just be me (except the manna recovery, thats fo sho)

I was wondering about vitality as well. I was mostly focusing on vitality, but having little to no payoff for it. Somewhat frustrating. I still haven't seen a difference, Im getting 45 per 15 with 40 vitality, and it has been that way for a while.

Has anyone else had a problem with enemy beacons with 20000 life popping up near they'r stff?

The beacons you speak of are called Battlegroup Beacons. They're a feature of the current campaign. These beacons will sometimes spawn for the losing team in a battlegroup allowing them the opportunity to increase their score.

I had one of the nasty beacons appear in my little realm. It was a nasty surprise to come home and see my area, so long a lovely shade of green, with orange dom's popping up near my gates. Thanks to a few friends, we beat them back, but still... Nasty surprise.

Took me a few days to see it, but yeah, spirits are DEFINITELY hitting harder. I took on a rare 1450 spirit that hit me for 470-520 a shot. I was lucky I got the drop on it. On the up side, it was also worth three times as much as what I'd seen that same level of spirit run, a week ago. I can only take two hits... Never realized I was a glass-cannon, before.
