How do you delete an account?

At least for now we don't have a feature that allows deleting accounts. Please send us a support ticket after which we can manually delete the access to your account.

Ok so... I want to start a new account continuing my SC career under a different alias the only problem is that a lot of names I would love using are taken by non-active players. Players that have not played since FOUR HOUSES! This missing feature causes a real problem for me and many others, I'm sure of it. Can GA create a way to expel those non-active players giving the population the ability to seize the name they want & enjoy. My idea expelling non-active players after 24 campaigns or less thus leaving the name up for grabs.

I've often pondered another concept related to this one. What if accounts decayed over time. Perhaps there is a level decay rate. For example, if a player does not log in for 5-10 weeks, they fall back a level losing XP, AP, and realm value, thus requiring an earn-back effort. "Play to stay, otherwise decay." Accounts and realms that reach level 0 become available and up for grabs.

Realms should not decay. Although I am not completely against the level decay, but only if it happens all at once, cause otherwise if you don't have the ability to use a phone for a week, you could come back and be down a fifth of a level. When you start leveling from 13, this would be really annoying.
