Team: The Lazy Internationals
Sometimes being lazy doesn’t work out so well for me, as another team took the initiative to try to travel to my home turf here in Israel - the Holy Land (though I think they got lost near Lebanon somewhere...).
Below are pics from Mount Zion, here in Jerusalem’s old city. This is truly the heart of it all, as our beacon brings you directly to the Temple Mount, site of the Hebrew Temples and nearby the Dome of the Rock. Down the block (so to speak) is the Church of the Holy Sepulchre, Mount of Olives, and various other holy sites central to the world’s three major religions. Don't forget to look for bargains at the Arab shouk! It may be merely an Unknown Realm in our game, but it’s probably the most coveted place in the history of mankind.
To paraphrase the Kabbalists of old, this place is ground zero for all reality (which I’ll assume includes the Shadows...)

Team Crash brought a rowdy crowd of 12 mages to the quiet streets of downtown Toronto, to visit one of the tallest phallic symbols ever constructed, the CN Tower.
Unfortunately, cloudview regarded our structures as being in two different lists.
The CN Tower reigned as the tallest free-standing structure in the world from its completion in 1976 until 2010.
It is reputedly a cherished national symbol to Canadians, and regarded by engineers as one of the seven wonders of the modern world. Or so sayeth Wikipedia.

I wrote a massive post saying why Westminster was the perfect place to start a flash mob then the servers went down and I lost the whole thing and I can't be bothered typing it all out again. Here's some pics...
Westminster Abbey and The Palace of Westminster (Houses of Parliament) - Big Ben on the left:
Shadow Westminster:
21 Mages (including me), many came and went, this was the most in any one shot:
Proof we were there:
It is historically significant as the centre of the largest empire ever to span the globe, spreading civilasation, culture and knowledge throughout the world, and has therefore shaped the world we live in today. Kings and Queens have been coronated, married and buried there. Famous wordsmiths, scientists and historically significant people are buried there. A fraction of how I sold it last time, but I hope you'll agree it is a perfect place to start a flash mob.
Edited for time stamp, not happy at all.

Magical LC^2 Dream Team (LunaOfLight, Charidor, Chiemichan)
We chose the location of the Boston Tea Party (gateway is specifically for one of the three ships) as the site of a decent green party. In 1773, the Boston Tea Party was organized by the Sons of Liberty. During this "party", over $15k in tea was dumped into a Boston harbor (fact: 22% of the tea was green tea. perfect!) due to the taxation of tea. Such rebels exist among us fighting for our rights and places in the shadows and the real world. But without such rebellion, light would not be shown on such outrageous issues.
the proof:
the party:
the partying kiwis:
thanks to everyone who helped out!

Location: Indpendence Hall and the Liberty Bell
Philadelphia, PA
"These three square blocks in the City of Philadelphia is where the dream of a free country of independent citizens became fact. Here were written the two documents, the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution, on which the foundations of our country rest. Here, from 1790 to 1800, when Philadelphia was the nation's capital, the principle of governance based on the rights of individual citizens was first tested."

The Royal Animators did this mission at the Lincoln Memorial located in Washington, D.C. It may not be the best spot for a flash mob but it was fun to celebrate one of our nations greatest presidents with a flash mob and a spider. An extra bonus was getting to explore Washington, D.C. The heart of America.

Team Hot Drop
We frogged all the damn way to Area 51, because ALIENS!
