Okay seriously GA? I want explanations, like many of us. Liloufence, Marcomec, Limbus, Preacherman and whitewizard got their account ban for no good reason. I can vouch for all of them and they are awesome and fair player. They did ABSOLUTELY nothing. So i want good explanations and them to get their acct back. Many other people can vouch for them.

I agree with Ari that these mages did nothing wrong, so I don't see why they were banned.

What the heck is going on all the mages so far have done nothing wrong. as far as i know (and have played with them too) they are FAir and honest players. Get your tracking together GA!

If we do not obtain a satisfactory response, I think it is proof that GA is willing to disrespect and abuse their paying customers by generating ignorance based fears.

GA, we've heard your argument that you don't want to give too much information that might let people know more about your data analysis, and I understand you don't want to discuss specific cases, but a general list of bannable actions would be very helpful.
The actions we believe you are banning people for are well known to the player base, so you wouldn't be telling us anything new. Give us some certainty so players can adjust their behavior. It's not enough to say location glitches are bannable offenses. We can't read your minds. We can't be expected to know whether you're going to accept a discovered exploitation as a valuable and legal part of the game play (e.g. leap frogging) or decide it's a bannable offense. When you make that decision that a glitch is bannable, you need to tell the community that it's bannable so we can adjust our play. Otherwise people will be left with uncertainty, fear, and anger. Respect your players, give us a chance to change our behavior after you decide an action is bannable.
Well-known exploitations:
- leap frogging - legal exploitation of random scatter algorithm (I assume, or you'd have to ban the entire player base)
- blast warping - ok or not?
- crash warping - this has even been encouraged by players as a way to get back to a battle that they crashed at. Since the crash was the app's fault, using a glitch to get back seemed fair. If it's a bannable offense, let us know and honest players will stop using it.
- remote harvesting - illegal
I've used the first three in belief that I wasn't cheating. If any of them are bannable, please tell us and I'll be happy to stop using them if I become active again. Or just go ahead and ban me now. It'll make leaving the game that much easier.
