You cant really vouch for any of them unless you were actually there of the time they were banished or were doing the reason for their banishment...
As easy as bad people can turn good, good people can turn bad
You never know if they were actually doing anything wrong or were just plain inocent...

You're wrong, many people can vouch for them and were there while they were ban. If they cant get their accounts back, i want the information about why they were ban.

I think i played fair.
I want to play fair.
The real problem is the lack of information about what is legit or not.
Basically they can ban you for things tha you dont know they are not legit
... And this is not fair from GA
Think about this

Bonjour les mages,
as one of the closed accounts, just a few words after reading all this:
I did get very upset when I found out my account was closed, since I know I didn't do anything wrong.
I've lost 10 months of play, 80euros and 7.750 pots invested in my realm, so you know how I feel...
But one thing is for sure, apart from me nobody can know I play fair, and even if I've been really happy to see how many of you trusted me on this, you're only doing it cause I said so.
I do not blame GA for their attitude, which I can fully understand: why should they trust me?
From their point of view, they have to rely on what they discover, and I can understand why they can't investigate further just because someone claims innocence.
I understand too that they can't get specific about the precise reasons, it would just open endless discussions about geek stuffs I don't even want to hear about (casual player here
Anyway, even if proved wrong on their ban, reintegrating a closed account would create complete chaos, just try to imagine the chain reaction if some came back and others don't!
Plus, cheating sucks and I'm happy to see the problem taken in charge, even if I don't see why I had to be part of the resolution... I'm more concerned by the fact that others might get banned too for no reasons, while real cheaters are still on the loose, but who am I to judge so?
Anyway, I still like the game even with it's flaws (after 10 months of playing everyday it seems obvious), I love the community and I'm still an addict, so you'll see me now as OlivemmaFFF
I won't do much scoring cause I've lost the will to hunt (sorry French BG), but will still be LFing like crazy and trying my best to help any Architect in need.
Orange Power!

Seems that we, banned players, are more wise of GA
But Olivemma, there are other manners to do things.
I Strongly suggest Ga to see how things goes in other companies, maybe the ones that are doing better.

Hey all. I already wrote this post to another similar thread and I hope you don't mind me copy/paste it also to this discussion thread:
When it comes to cheating, it's very challenging to communicate all the details very specifically. The more transparent we are about all the ways to cheat in the game and how our tools detect cheating the faster new ways to not get detected are developed by cheating players. This is a race that is all too common to all similar games and developers. It is unfortunate indeed but to be able to battle cheating efficiently we have to keep out from giving certain details.
When it comes to certain types of cheating, such as multi account abuse, there are also other reasons, such as Apple's restrictions for game developers for using the device UDID to protect users privacy and people using multiple devices, that challenge our efforts in developing anti-cheating tools that allow us to take overall measures to players using these cheats to gain advantage in the game.
I hope this answered at least to some extent your questions on why we aren't discussing cheating methods as openly as we know some players would like us to.

Dear Khamos, thank you for response and I understand that, perhaps, you have finally taken the road of communication
Dear Khamos, thanks for nothing
Not at all because even these are empty words and no content really interesting for the problems that the community has placed you in a strong way.
Essentially you're saying: "I will ban when and how I want, without telling you why, and without giving you the rules and certain"
This is your current problem, beyond the various bugs, etc.. of the game
And you say well why do not you want to do it.
- You do not want "to compete" with those who use or may have bugs, etc..
- You are bound by confidentiality and other agreements with other companies, stakeholders and partners
Sorry but so works around the world
The difference that creates success in business is to understand and solve problems in the shortest possible time and ... treat their customers well
At about the customers you have embarked on a destructive path, especially if the ban are made in conditions of total uncertainty. I invite you to look at the behavior of your competitors: Notice of the violated rule (you have to first be very clear in giving the rules to the community), account suspension for a definite time, subsequent suspensions longer and longer
You have created a distance between you and the community, I hope you manage to fill it
Thank you for your attention

There has to be a middle ground where you can have a conversation with the player to find out what they thought they were doing when you detected what you believe to be "cheating". It's possible something else is happening, perhaps related to the frequent crashes or to location services, which GA is assuming to be intentional cheating when it is not.
