I'm really not satisfied with your answers GA. I'm resuming my feeling :
Some really great mage got permanently banned by a bot for abusing location.
Those people didnt get warned and get definitely banned without any proof of what you are saying.

It's true that you clearly say you can close any account without any warning.
So you have the rights to do it.

Now, this is how dictatorship works : "we know you have cheat. Just believe our tool"
1) you don't give proof
2) how can we believe your tool while Shadow cities crash and bug so often.

This is clearly not how a company should act. Your playing a risky game acting like that : a satisfied customer can make like 5 people come play your game but an unsatisfied one can make 5 people leave and 5 people not coming on it.

You have the opportunity to works hand by hand with the community you've raised or just continue ignoring us and thus make everyone leave with anger. And someone leaving a game with anger will undoubtfully rate application really low and won't come on new application from same company.

I'm just giving you a customer point of view that many people share.

But i maintain their answer isn't satisfying : how can we trust their cheater finding tool while Shadow cities crash and bug like hell ?
