Possible reason for my account banishment...

So...
I suddenly had a moment of enlightment yesterday, and I think I finally figured out why my Olivemma account was closed:
I was not only switching between devices (which seems to be allowed), I was switching between Itunes accounts, since (as I'm a complete stupid fucking idiot) I've got different Itunes accounts on my Iphone and my Ipad...
Simple, but it just never crossed my mind that it could be a problem till yesterday. I feel really stupid now.
Meaning IMO that:
- ToS needs to be a little clearer about the concept of shared accounts (devices vs Itunes)
- an EXPLICIT warning mail could resolve the problem of cheaters/innocent idiots (the terminating mail I received wasn't even explicit enough for me to get this, it took me a week of thinking to figure this out)
- I'm a complete idiot and should have thought about this when I first downloaded SC on my Ipad...
If this is the reason of my ban (no way to be sure but it's finally a possibility that makes sense), I hope my ban will be useful to others and avoid future closure.

Olivemma! This makes sense! They would likely consider this as account sharing because of the different iTunes accounts. Thanks very much for this information. I think it is very useful.

It is so sad that you have to guess at why they banned you. GC needs to take accountability for making it clear to players which actions will result in bans. There's just too much investment in time, money, pots, buff and reputation at stake if GC can ban with no warning or clear TOS.

But I think Olivemma was switching between the devices quite frequently on addition to using two different iTunes accounts. Right, Olivemma?

Even so, it's not unheard of, say you and your wife/husband/bf/gf live together, each have your own iTunes account, each have an iPhone, and both share an iPad, you should not have to check to see who's iTunes account is logged on for fear of getting banned.. Like I've said many times, there can be reasons for innocent players to be banned, GA really needs to look into this matter more before banning people, or at the very least a warning email saying they are in danger of getting banned, and explaining why.

I did swith very frequently, maybe up to 10 times everyday for 8 months...
I guess once in a while is no big deal, but I probably overheated the survey bot!

It's crazy that we have to play this game of 20 questions with them. And, speaking personally now, it's frustrating because it doesn't explain *my* getting banned.
