Crash causes loss of buff

Many, many times now, the app has crashed (mostly when I'm doing NOTHING), and when I log back in my realm buff is GONE. Even worse, this seems to happen within 5 minutes of harvesting. So I have to wait over 30 minutes before I can harvest again and get my buff back!!

This most recent time, I didn't entirely lose my buff, but it went from 55 minutes left to *5* minutes left after logging back in.

I have worked very hard and very long to get my realms' values up, so I can get a decent buff, but these crashes negate all my hard work!

If your app is gonna crash so much, the least you could do is make sure that the state of one's realm buff is maintained!!!

Thank you for reporting about this issue, Kaazz! Can you tell me if the whole app client crashes at these occasions that you described or if you are automatically re-logged back into the game?

If you experience a client crash and need to re-start the whole app after these crashes, it would be extremely valuable if you have the time to send us the crash logs from your iDevice. Instructions how to send the crash logs can be found here.

I often go into the login loop when this happens to me. Not a true "crash", so no report is generated.

I'm pretty sure it is a complete client crash and I have to restart the app. I'll pay more attention next time, and if so, I will try to get you a crash log.
