Bug after log in

I just made my account, the log in went fine, i chose my side and then it went to this screen with this dark part in the middle zooming in and out, non stop and ive tried to delete and re download, but wenever inlog in, i go to that screen and it keeps zooming in and out.

Did you allow Shadow Cities to use your location when registering into the game? If this issue still appears, please check that you have allowed Shadow Cities to use your current location. Also deleting the application and re-installing it from the iTunes App Store may help.
