Need Policy on Multi-account play

In the Netherlands BG we have an animator who admitted using two account, he didnt really disguise it: "Twanneman" and "iTwanneman" one is his iphone, other is his ipad.. we invaded his territory after a ABC occured, yet he was able to use both his devices to defend, recast doms, recast wards, as he would let one load mana and switch back and forth..
i think foul play like this should not be condoned and one of his devices should be blocked or reset..

and to add to the discussion how to solve the multiple users on one account, just make the energy and exp profit of killing.destroying. items that are created in a 100 meter radius from the spawn position to 0, that way.. a truce (which often happens among neighbors) will be enforced..

I have 3 accounts so far, soon to be 4 now though because once again I've somehow been banned or something like it. What caused this, one might ask? I tried to buy mana and in return I'm kicked off and every time I try to log in it tells me "Access may be restricted. Contact player support." then the dreaded "Weak network connection." pops up. That's it, no more playing SC.. Nothing but the blue login page. All I wanted to do was play.. I love this game SO MUCH! But its extremely frustrating to me that I'm here trying to spend my hard-earned money and instead have to start all over again with a new account, because the one I was using is quite more than likely permanently dead. Thank god multi-accounts are allowed! Because nowhere on this site is an option to delete your account. Of course I could always send support an email, but boy does it take what seems like forever to get a response! I just want to play the game. That's all.

Your not banned. And your account is NOT DEAD. A lot of people are/were having issues with the last update.

The first time I discovered this issue was 2, maybe 3 updates ago, and the most recent incident was 2 days ago. I still to this day can't login using my original account, so how much longer do I have to wait before I get some news of a possible solution? I admit I'm an impatient person so its difficult for me to wait for something, especially with no guarantee. What if a solution isn't ever found? I would be so incredibly upset.

Did you ever post in technical support. I never saw you. Try posting there. They'll ask you to submit a ticket. The ticket will be useful to them because they can use it to fix it, and, help others who might have this same problem.

Earlier this week we had a meeting where we discussed priorities of different features we plan to implement.

We are currently looking into implementing diminishing returns on Banish, to stop Banish grinding on two devices, and also into different solutions that would prevent you from creating structures for yourself to destroy on one device.

That leaves us two bigger forms of undesirable behaviors: Creating yourself structures to destroy on two devices, and using two accounts to maximize your Area Control Bonus. We'll keep the former in mind and possibly revisit it after implementing the two more central changes. The latter is pretty hard to distinguish from legitimate play, and already handled by Battlegroup Beacons.
